Shipping Policy

Delivery
  1. In addition to our delivery network. We also use UPS, FedEx and USPS to deliver our flowers and products

  2. We do not deliver flowers or other products for orders less than $59.99

  3. 11AM local time is the cut off for same day deliveries

  4. Orders after 11AM will be delivered the following business day.

  5. Delivery hours are typically 9am to 7pm local time.

  6. Orders placed on Sunday will be scheduled for delivery the same-day or the following Monday.

  7. Delays
    - We will make every effort to contact you. 

  8. Holidays we can not guarantee delivery on busy floral holidays ie Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day. Please place these orders four days in advance to assure delivery. 

  9. Undeliverable Locations 
    - These are not limited to cemeteries, cruise ships, airport terminals, post office boxes, remote locations and rural locations.

  10. Non-Delivery / Late Delivery
    - Some conditions are outside our control road closures, traffic conditions, lack of access to the delivery address and weather conditions. 

  11. Incorrect or insufficient address provided.

  12. These orders will be rescheduled at the next available delivery time or date.

  13. In the case of non-deliveries, you must claim non-delivery within 48 hours of the order's delivery date.

  14. If there is no response upon delivery, florist will call the recipient if no response florist will leave at the door. If there is a security concern, if the weather is inclement or there is a exterior temperature concern the order will be taken back to the shop and will go out for re-delivery the following business day.

Return & Exchange Policy

Cancellations

Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. Same day or next day delivery may not be cancelled.

NO-REFUND & CHARGEBACK POLICY

By purchasing from Fruit and Flower Baskets, LLC. , you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final for perishable goods, including flowers. Due to their perishable nature, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been delivered.

 

Customers are required to contact our support team at fruitandflowerbaskets@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery if they experience an issue with their order. We will assess complaints on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement at our discretion.

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Fruit and Flower Baskets, LLC. to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed to the fullest extent, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action if necessary.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & PROOF OF FULFILLMENT

Fruit and Flower Baskets, LLC. uses signed delivery receipts and photographic proof to confirm order fulfillment.

​

  • Signature Required: For select orders, a recipient signature may be required upon delivery. If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the order with a designated party (e.g., front desk, neighbor, receptionist), and their signature will confirm successful delivery.

  • Photo Proof: If a signature cannot be obtained, our delivery team will take a timestamped photo of the flowers at the delivery location.

  • Delivery Records: Customers may request a copy of their signed receipt or photographic proof in case of disputes.

A completed delivery (via signature or photographic proof) constitutes full order fulfillment, and no refunds or chargebacks will be honored once an order has been marked as delivered.
